I was a successful businessman. After decades of working under pressure, partying, I crashed, one afternoon OCD kicked in. It all started with one thought. I thought no one could save me. After extensive therapy and studying, I decided I had learnt so much whilst recovering, I wanted to share my knowledge and experience to help others recover to.
I can teach you what’s needed to recover, providing you with support and guidance throughout the process.

From mental breakdown “OCD” to mental health and happiness
Thirty years of living in the fast lane caught up with me. I honestly thought my life was over. I could not see how my brain could be fixed. I felt like I had gone crazy. Everything felt so real. I was experiencing intrusive thoughts none stop, a lot of them taboo, attaching to my loved ones. Constant anxiety, a feeling of impending doom. I would feel completely overwhelmed with things I would have normally enjoyed. Everywhere I looked was a trigger. I didn’t know it was possible for the brain to do what it done to me.
Today I’ve never been happier. I have a new life. I wake up in the morning excited about the day ahead. I now see it as one of the best things that has happened to me. Let me teach you how to recover.
What I can help with
If I haven’t lived it, I won’t treat it. I don’t believe in offering mind coaching on areas I’ve not experienced myself. You need someone who understands what you’re going through and can empathise, not just sympathise.

How I work with you
As a coach I help you plan and assist you with exposures. Educate you how OCD/Anxiety works. This will help you understand why we do what we do. Help you identify your core fears and work on your irrational beliefs. I will help you identify your compulsions and learn new techniques to stop you from performing them. Work on unconditional acceptance/ self compassion and much more. I’m on call daily to help guide you during difficult moments to help you implement what we learn in sessions.

How does mind coaching work?
Book a Call with Me
Consultations are over FaceTime (unless phone call is preferred) we will take about what you’re experiencing. I will give you a briefing on how OCD functions. I will tell you how the program will work. I will assess how many sessions per week you will require to get the best results.
Sessions
As I’m in touch daily through WhatsApp, this means we can get straight into it during our sessions as you have been keeping me up to date. This saves a lot of time. It helps you get results quicker.
Continual Support
I’m on call daily to help guide you through difficult moments. I help you implement what we have been working on during our sessions. I’m always on call to answer any questions.
